Specifically, and perhaps inevitably, it’s an amiibo of everyone’s favourite sun-loving crusader, Solaire of Astora. And yes, he’s doing his iconic pose o/
“With it,” says Nintendo, “you can perform the popular ‘praise the sun’ gesture with reckless abandon”. All together now:
Tiny Solaire will launch alongside Dark Souls: Remastered for Switch on May 25th.
In related Dark Souls news, Nintendo also announced that the game will receive a beta-style network test sometime before launch. More details will be coming soon.
