Mankind Divided, God Eater 2, and Mafia III with Humble Monthly for $12

If you would have asked me last month, Humble Bundle’s March Monthly bundle was going to be a hard one to beat. With Dark Souls III and the Ashes of Ariandel DLC being the main headliners for the early unlock game for the monthly subscription service, finding equal headliners would be hard to top. Lo and behold, Humble outdid themselves with three major games for April 2018’s early unlock: Deus Ex: Mankind DividedGod Eater 2: Rage Burst, and Mafia III.

In case anyone is unaware, Humble Bundle’s monthly subscription service — aptly titled Humble Monthly Bundle — is the platform’s game subscription service where they offer roughly 5 to 8 games for $12. While the bundle is technically for the following month, a few of the games are earmarked as early unlock where paid subscribers can start downloading them right away.

As mentioned above, next month’s bundle is a triple threat consisting of Deus Ex: Mankind DividedGod Eater 2: Rage Burst, and Mafia III.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, developed by Eidos Montréal, launched for current generation consoles in mid-2016. It was a game I personally loved, awarding it a 9.0 out of 10 while lauding the game its intense customization option for gameplay and how it impacts everyone’s personal story with the game.

Meanwhile, God Eater 2: Rage Burst is a bit older of a title, launching first in Japan in November 2013 as just God Eater. The game’s Rage Burst remaster came to PC, PlayStation Vita, and PS4 later in 2016 for North America. Similarly, DualShockers really enjoyed that game awarding it a 7.5 out of 10 noting a refinement of the series’ gameplay systems.

Lastly, Mafia III was one of 2016’s bigger games — even if it wasn’t the financial success that the shrinking developer Hangar 13 was hoping for. Regardless, the game has been consistently updated with DLC, some of which is included in the Humble Monthly Bundle.

Of course, these aren’t the only games you are getting with the $12 subscription — once April comes around, subscribers will get access to a handful of unannounced titles that they can also enjoy.
